【摘要】：通過辨析競技體育、體育賽事、體育節(jié)目和體育作品的概念,區(qū)分體育賽事轉(zhuǎn)播權(quán)和體育作品著作權(quán),提出解決體育賽事作品著作權(quán)保護問題的基本思路。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the concepts of competitive sports, sports events, sports programs and sports works, this paper distinguishes the broadcasting rights of sports events from the copyright of sports works, and puts forward some basic ideas to solve the problems of copyright protection of sports events works.
