【摘要】：正推進使用正版軟件、加強軟件知識產(chǎn)權保護是黨中央、國務院的一項重要決策,是全面貫徹落實黨的十八大精神、實施創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的一項重要工作。政府機關帶頭使用正版軟件,具有鮮明的導向作用和引領作用,是踐行依法行政、建立法治政府的重要體現(xiàn),對樹立政府機關良好形象,提高民族創(chuàng)新能力和建設創(chuàng)新型國家都有著重要意義。去年9月國務院正版化領導小組對江蘇省省級機關部分廳局進行了軟件正版化工作的檢查。筆者作為機關采購和資產(chǎn)管理的
