【摘要】：正為有效維護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)音樂版權(quán)秩序,建立良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)音樂版權(quán)生態(tài),我們承諾:一、自覺遵守著作權(quán)法律法規(guī),抵制各類侵犯網(wǎng)絡(luò)音樂著作權(quán)行為。二、嚴(yán)格遵守"先授權(quán)、后使用"的基本原則,不傳播未經(jīng)權(quán)利人授權(quán)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)音樂。三、積極配合、支持國家版權(quán)局的版權(quán)重點(diǎn)監(jiān)管工作,服從國家版權(quán)局維護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)音樂版權(quán)秩序的指示和措施。四、切實(shí)建立并完善內(nèi)部版權(quán)管理制度,及時(shí)、有效處理權(quán)利人發(fā)出的通知。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively maintain the order of network music copyright and establish a good network music copyright ecology, we undertake to: first, conscientiously abide by copyright laws and regulations and resist all kinds of acts of infringing upon network music copyright; second, strictly abide by the "prior authorization". The basic principle of "after use" is not to disseminate network music without the authorization of the obligee. Third, to actively cooperate with and support the State copyright Administration in its key supervision of copyright, and to follow the instructions and measures of the State copyright Administration to maintain the order of copyright in network music. 4. Establish and improve the internal copyright management system, timely and effective processing of the notice issued by the obligee.
