【摘要】："互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"行動時代的電子商務(wù)市場交易行為呈現(xiàn)多元化發(fā)展趨勢,政府管制和產(chǎn)權(quán)確權(quán)問題無形中增加了資源稀缺的負(fù)擔(dān),資源整合和共享對大數(shù)據(jù)的交易造成了一定的影響,導(dǎo)致整個社會生產(chǎn)效率低下、優(yōu)質(zhì)資源配置無效,因此,大數(shù)據(jù)的安全交易行為需要破解和限制"反公地悲劇"的困境。為了使信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源能夠安全合理地被有效利用,實(shí)現(xiàn)治理層面的共識,據(jù)此,探討我國大數(shù)據(jù)交易行為在"反公地悲劇"下引發(fā)的一系列根基,并給予對策。
[Abstract]:In the era of "Internet" action, the transaction behavior of electronic commerce market presents a diversified development trend, and the problems of government regulation and property right confirmation increase the burden of scarcity of resources imperceptibly. The integration and sharing of resources have had a certain impact on big data's trade, resulting in inefficient production and ineffective allocation of high-quality resources in the whole society. Big data's safe transaction behavior needs to solve and limit the plight of "anti-Commons tragedy". In order to make the information network resources can be safely and reasonably utilized effectively and realize the common understanding of the governance level, according to this, This paper probes into a series of foundations caused by big data's trade behavior under the tragedy of anti-Commons, and gives some countermeasures.
