【摘要】：金融隱私權(quán)是隱私保護權(quán)益在金融領(lǐng)域的延展,保護的主體就是與金融有關(guān)的信息。我國早已經(jīng)步入網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代,網(wǎng)絡(luò)如同一把雙刃劍,對于金融隱私保護有著正面的影響,同時,也存在著消極的影響。網(wǎng)絡(luò)背景下金融隱私權(quán)的法律保護,是促進我國金融領(lǐng)域不斷發(fā)展的必然需求。現(xiàn)階段我國有關(guān)金融隱私權(quán)的相關(guān)法律法規(guī)還不健全,需要進一步的完善。本文就是對網(wǎng)絡(luò)背景下金融隱私權(quán)的法律保護進行深入研究,希望對相關(guān)人員有所啟示,為促進我國金融領(lǐng)域發(fā)展奠定良好基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The financial privacy right is the extension of the privacy protection rights in the financial field. The main body of the protection is the information related to finance. Our country has already entered the network age, the network is like a double-edged sword, which has a positive influence on the financial privacy protection. At the same time, there is also a negative impact. The legal protection of financial privacy under the network background is an inevitable demand to promote the continuous development of the financial field in China. At present, the relevant laws and regulations on the right to financial privacy in our country are not perfect. This paper studies the legal protection of the right to financial privacy under the network background, hoping to enlighten the relevant personnel and lay a good foundation for promoting the development of the financial field in our country.
