【摘要】：隨著技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和出版行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈,圖書著作權(quán)保護(hù)領(lǐng)域也出現(xiàn)不少發(fā)展契機(jī)和系列問題,區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)便是其一。文章對(duì)區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)特性進(jìn)行了總結(jié),將其去中心化、不可篡改、時(shí)間戳和智能合約4個(gè)技術(shù)特點(diǎn)與圖書著作權(quán)保護(hù)和交易的實(shí)際需求相結(jié)合,探討其在圖書著作權(quán)保護(hù)和交易中的應(yīng)用,并對(duì)后續(xù)的應(yīng)用、發(fā)展提出一些建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of technology and the publishing industry increasingly fierce competition, the field of the protection of the right of copyright books but also a lot of development opportunities and a series of problems, block chain technology is one of them. This paper summarizes the technical characteristics of the chain block, to the center, can not be tampered with, combined with the actual demand of time stamps and intelligence contract 4 technical features of Library and copyright protection and trade, to explore its application in the copyright protection and the transaction, and the subsequent application, and puts forward some suggestions for development.
