【摘要】：我國是世界上人口最多的發(fā)展中國家,其中老齡人口數(shù)量占國家總?cè)丝跀?shù)量的比重日益增大,“國未富,民已老”已經(jīng)成為了一個(gè)事實(shí)。人口的老齡化問題是當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展中的重大民生問題,并且受到全社會(huì)的關(guān)注。中國的發(fā)展離不開人民,解決了關(guān)乎人民切身利益的問題,中國才能發(fā)展的更加迅速、更加順利,而解決養(yǎng)老問題是重中之重,其基本思路是探討?zhàn)B老模式的中國道路問題。論文正文一共分為四個(gè)部分:第一章主要運(yùn)用中國特色社會(huì)主義理論,特別是中國特色社會(huì)主義道路的基本原則與構(gòu)建“以人為本”的和諧社會(huì)理論的基本理念,來分析、探討選擇中國特色社會(huì)主義的養(yǎng)老模式的問題;第二章主要分析我國養(yǎng)老問題的現(xiàn)狀及出現(xiàn)這些問題的原因;第三章主要分析了家庭養(yǎng)老、機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老、社區(qū)養(yǎng)老、異地養(yǎng)老和以房養(yǎng)老這五種養(yǎng)老模式及各自利弊;第四章探索選擇中國特色養(yǎng)老模式的基本原則,并依據(jù)此原則結(jié)合我國的國情和社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,比較研究國內(nèi)外的養(yǎng)老模式,得出城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)模式是未來養(yǎng)老模式趨勢(shì)的結(jié)論,對(duì)農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老模式提出了若干對(duì)策。同時(shí),也有對(duì)國家未來的養(yǎng)老模式提出了一些基本設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:China is the most populous developing country in the world, in which the proportion of aging population to the total population is increasing day by day, "the country is not rich." "the people have become old" has become a fact. The aging of the population is a major livelihood issue in the current social development, and has attracted the attention of the whole society. China's development can not be separated from the people. China can develop more quickly and smoothly only by solving the problems that concern the vital interests of the people. The most important thing is to solve the problem of supporting the aged. The main body of the paper is divided into four parts: the first chapter mainly uses the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Especially, the basic principle of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the basic idea of constructing the harmonious society theory of "people-oriented" are analyzed, and the problem of choosing the old-age model of socialism with Chinese characteristics is discussed. The second chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of pension problems in China and the reasons for these problems. The third chapter mainly analyzes the family old-age care, institutional pension, community old-age care, pension in different places and old-age by housing these five pension models and their respective advantages and disadvantages; Chapter 4th explores the basic principles of choosing the pension model with Chinese characteristics, and according to this principle combines the national conditions of our country and the economic development of the society, compares and studies the pension model at home and abroad. It is concluded that the urban community old-age service model is the trend of the future old-age care model, and some countermeasures are put forward for the rural old-age care model. At the same time, some basic assumptions are also put forward for the future pension model of the country.
