【摘要】：正在日趨激烈的國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和綜合國(guó)力較量中,世界正在邁向二十一世紀(jì)。與人類前途和命運(yùn)息息相關(guān)的婦女問題,是世紀(jì)之交舉世矚目的焦點(diǎn)之一。影響婦女發(fā)展有兩個(gè)重大因素,一個(gè)是婦女的群體素質(zhì),一個(gè)是婦女合法權(quán)益的保護(hù)。婦女教育既是衡量上述兩方面發(fā)展水平的主要指標(biāo),也是提高婦女地位的重要途徑。在婦女教育領(lǐng)域,法律教育具有特殊的意義。這是因?yàn)樗粌H在全部教育中不可或缺,而且直接關(guān)系到婦女權(quán)利保護(hù)的法制建設(shè)。因此,努力發(fā)展和改善婦女法律教育,是應(yīng)予高度重視和認(rèn)真解決的一個(gè)課題。 一 法律知識(shí)和法律意識(shí)教育,是婦女法律教育的基礎(chǔ)工程。 新中國(guó)成立以來,尤其是改革開放以來,作為社會(huì)主義民主與法制建設(shè)的一個(gè)
[Abstract]:In the increasingly fierce international economic competition and comprehensive national strength contest, the world is stepping into the 21 century.
