無(wú)固定期限勞動(dòng)合同時(shí)不同制度環(huán)境下員工行為轉(zhuǎn)變模型

【摘要】:通過(guò)對(duì)選擇不同行為的員工人數(shù)及員工行為的轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模分析,認(rèn)為在簽訂無(wú)固定期限合同后,員工的行為在不同的企業(yè)制度環(huán)境下會(huì)發(fā)生改變,且努力工作者良性行為的拉動(dòng)作用下,員工行為的轉(zhuǎn)變速度會(huì)減緩,這就要求企業(yè)要加強(qiáng)各項(xiàng)管理制度的完善和強(qiáng)度,減少負(fù)面因素對(duì)員工的影響,增強(qiáng)正面拉動(dòng)作用,形成良性轉(zhuǎn)變,促使越來(lái)越多的員工選擇努力工作,進(jìn)而形成雙贏局面。
[Abstract]:Through mathematical modeling and analysis of the number of employees who choose different behaviors and the changing process of employee behavior, it is concluded that the employee's behavior will change under different enterprise system environment after signing an indefinite contract. And under the pull of the positive behavior of the hard worker, the change speed of the employee behavior will be slowed down, which requires the enterprise to strengthen the perfection and intensity of the management system, reduce the influence of the negative factors on the staff, and strengthen the positive pull effect. The formation of benign transformation, prompting more and more employees to work hard, and then form a win-win situation.
