[Abstract]:In the course of implementing the Labor Law, the postal and telecommunications trade unions of all provinces (regions and municipalities), on the basis of doing a good job of pilot projects, actively promoted the establishment of equal consultation and the signing of collective contracts among postal and telecommunications enterprises. After nearly one year's efforts, great progress has been made and obvious results have been achieved. In order to further promote the healthy development of this work, we should pay attention to solve it.
