【摘要】：正 主持人: 我縣一企業(yè)職工,從1996年與企業(yè)簽訂停薪留職協(xié)議后,每月向企業(yè)繳納管理費(fèi),由企業(yè)代他向社會保險機(jī)構(gòu)繳納養(yǎng)老、工傷保險費(fèi),在此期間他為個體戶開車搞運(yùn)輸,今年7月因違章車毀人亡。家屬和單位要求按工傷處理,因?yàn)樗U了工傷保險費(fèi)。并且有的單位解析為:
