【摘要】：正 近年來我國的新聞官司激增,有人說形成了“告記者熱”。其中的原因是多方面的,記者缺乏新聞法知識是重要的一條。這幾年我批閱了許多人民日報新聞函授學(xué)員的作業(yè),同樣頗為學(xué)員們?nèi)鄙傩侣劮ㄖR擔(dān)憂。例如有的人物通訊,主題是拿當(dāng)事人曾經(jīng)被勞教過的經(jīng)歷與現(xiàn)在的先進(jìn)事跡對比。動機(jī)自然是好的,卻無意中侵犯了當(dāng)事人的隱私權(quán)。有的消息,肯定性地報道一個工程隊(duì)并無緊急情況而規(guī)定“軍事紀(jì)律”,不許請假、吃飯半小時、每天工作十二小時等等,使得工程提前一半工期完成任務(wù)。作者被快速的工程進(jìn)度所感染,卻不知自己的輿論導(dǎo)向與剛剛生效的《勞動法》相抵觸。我一一指出稿件的問題,只能幫助具體的學(xué)員,很希望有一本書為新聞工作者講一講新聞法知識�？磥�,社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的新形勢已給我們的記者和即將做記者的人提出一項(xiàng)緊迫的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù),即盡快地掌握新聞法知識。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there has been a sharp increase in the number of news lawsuits in China. Some people say that there is a "press complaint craze". The reasons are various, and the lack of journalists' knowledge of journalism law is an important one. In the past few years, I have reviewed the work of many People's Daily correspondence students. There are also concerns about the lack of knowledge of journalism among students. For example, some people in newsletters, the subject of which is to compare the experience of a person who has been reeducation through labour with the advanced deeds of the day. The motive is naturally good. But inadvertently violated the party's right to privacy. In some cases, it was reported definitively that an engineering team did not have an emergency situation and stipulated "military discipline," no time off, half an hour to eat, 12 hours of work a day, and so on. The author was infected by the rapid progress of the project, but did not know that his public opinion was in conflict with the newly effective Labor Law. I pointed out the problems of the manuscript one by one and could only help the specific students. It seems that the new situation of the socialist market economy has put forward an urgent study task for our reporters and those who will be journalists, that is, to master the knowledge of journalism law as soon as possible.
