【摘要】：大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)權(quán)益包括兩方面:一是在擇業(yè)過程中享有的權(quán)利;二是錄用單位給予的權(quán)利。當(dāng)大學(xué)生的就業(yè)權(quán)益受到侵犯時(shí),大學(xué)畢業(yè)生可依據(jù)《民法》、《勞動(dòng)法》、《仲裁法》的相關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行自我維護(hù)。
[Abstract]:The employment rights and interests of college graduates include two aspects: one is the right enjoyed in the course of choosing a job, the other is the right given by the employing unit. When the employment rights and interests of college students are infringed, College graduates may defend themselves in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Code, Labor Law and Arbitration Law.
