【摘要】：民營企業(yè)作為我國改革開放后的新生力量,有力地推動了我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,民營企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展對維持整個國民經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)發(fā)展乃至全社會的穩(wěn)定具有重大意義。但是,由于民營企業(yè)多是中小企業(yè),發(fā)展還不成熟,加上我國民營企業(yè)的工傷保險制度還不完善,致使民營企業(yè)工傷事故和職業(yè)病頻頻發(fā)生并且影響嚴(yán)重,越來越引起人們的關(guān)注。學(xué)術(shù)界對民營企業(yè)和工傷保險的研究不少,但是鮮有學(xué)者把民營企業(yè)員工工傷保險問題作為一個社會保障學(xué)課題進(jìn)行深入研究。綜合運用文獻(xiàn)分析、歷史分析、比較分析和實證研究等方法,在對民營企業(yè)員工工傷保險相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理我國民營企業(yè)工傷保險制度的發(fā)展歷程;通過考察我國民營企業(yè)工傷保險的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國民營企業(yè)員工工傷保險存在的問題并從微觀和宏觀兩個層面進(jìn)行原因分析;然后,研究國外工傷保險制度的發(fā)展及其對我國民營企業(yè)工傷保險的經(jīng)驗借鑒,最后提出解決我國民營企業(yè)員工工傷保險問題的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:As a new force after China's reform and opening up, private enterprises have promoted the economic development of our country. The healthy development of private enterprises is of great significance to maintain the sustainable development of the whole national economy and even the stability of the whole society. Because the private enterprises are mostly small and medium-sized enterprises, the development is not mature, and the industrial injury insurance system of the private enterprises in our country is not perfect, which leads to the frequent occurrence of industrial accidents and occupational diseases in the private enterprises and its serious impact. People pay more and more attention to it. There are a lot of researches on private enterprises and industrial injury insurance in academic circles, but few scholars deeply study the problem of employee injury insurance in private enterprises as a social security subject. Based on the historical analysis, comparative analysis and empirical research, this paper analyzes the development of the industrial injury insurance system of private enterprises in China on the basis of defining the related concepts of employee injury insurance in private enterprises. By investigating the current situation of industrial injury insurance in private enterprises in China, the author finds out the existing problems of employee injury insurance in private enterprises in China and analyzes the causes from the micro and macro levels. This paper studies the development of industrial injury insurance system in foreign countries and the experience of industrial injury insurance in private enterprises of our country. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of employee injury insurance in private enterprises in our country.
