【摘要】： 勞務(wù)派遣行業(yè)進(jìn)入我國(guó)后,由不接受到質(zhì)疑到現(xiàn)在被許多行業(yè)所采用,發(fā)展非常迅速。憑借其自身的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì),很好的契合了用工單位對(duì)于人才的彈性需求,為我國(guó)的人力資源服務(wù)的變革提供了選擇�！坝帽火B(yǎng)兵”的概念越來(lái)越受到在我國(guó)境內(nèi)的外資企業(yè)、合資企業(yè)及國(guó)有企事業(yè)單位和部分民營(yíng)企業(yè)的認(rèn)可和接受。同時(shí),勞務(wù)派遣模式為勞動(dòng)者提供就業(yè)和發(fā)展的機(jī)會(huì),為勞務(wù)派遣機(jī)構(gòu)提供生存和發(fā)展的土壤。另外,勞務(wù)派遣模式有效地緩解了就業(yè)壓力,為社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧做出貢獻(xiàn)。目前,勞務(wù)派遣模式在我國(guó)還處于發(fā)展階段,在實(shí)際操作中還存在許多問(wèn)題。在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈、法律日益健全尤其是《勞動(dòng)合同法》頒布的情況下,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)勞務(wù)派遣公司、實(shí)際用人單位和派遣員工的“三贏”局面,這對(duì)勞務(wù)派遣行業(yè)提出了更高的要求。 本文首先對(duì)勞務(wù)派遣理論、特征、優(yōu)勢(shì)、基本結(jié)構(gòu)和我過(guò)目前勞務(wù)派遣流程等進(jìn)行了研究。第三章節(jié)對(duì)ZZDL公司進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,為案例說(shuō)明做鋪墊。第四章即以ZZDL公司的人勞務(wù)派遣業(yè)務(wù)作為案例背景,全面分析了勞務(wù)派遣這種用工形式的特點(diǎn),通過(guò)對(duì)ZZDL公司經(jīng)營(yíng)存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的剖析,進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明勞務(wù)派遣用工形式優(yōu)劣勢(shì)。最后,根據(jù)ZZDL公司的勞務(wù)派遣業(yè)務(wù)的進(jìn)一步提升以及其長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并結(jié)合公司多年經(jīng)營(yíng)實(shí)踐對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)勞務(wù)派遣行業(yè)的發(fā)展提出建議。
[Abstract]:After the labor dispatch industry entered our country, from not accepting to questioning to being adopted by many industries now, it has developed very rapidly. With its own characteristics and advantages, it is well suited to the flexible demand for talents of employment units. It provides a choice for the change of human resources service in our country. The concept of "using troops not to support soldiers" is increasingly accepted by foreign enterprises, joint ventures, state-owned enterprises and institutions and some private enterprises in our country. The labor dispatch mode provides employment and development opportunities for workers, and provides the soil for the survival and development of labor dispatch organizations. In addition, labor dispatch mode effectively alleviates employment pressure and contributes to social stability. At present, the mode of labor dispatch is still in the development stage in our country, and there are still many problems in the actual operation. The law is increasingly perfect, especially when the Labor contract Law is promulgated, how to realize the "three win" situation of labor dispatch company, actual employing unit and dispatch employee, which puts forward higher requirements for labor dispatch industry. In this paper, the theory of labor dispatch, characteristics, advantages, basic structure and the current labor dispatch process are studied. Chapter three introduces ZZDL Company in detail. Chapter 4th, taking the human labor dispatch business of ZZDL Company as the case background, comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of the employment form of labor dispatch, and analyzes the risks existing in the operation of ZZDL Company. Finally, according to the further promotion of ZZDL company's labor dispatch business and its long-term development strategy, combined with the company's business practice for many years to put forward suggestions for the development of domestic labor dispatch industry.
