【摘要】：正國辦發(fā)〔2015〕20號各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市人民政府,國務(wù)院各部委、各直屬機(jī)構(gòu):為貫徹落實(shí)黨的十八大、十八屆二中、三中、四中全會精神和黨中央、國務(wù)院有關(guān)決策部署,按照全面推進(jìn)依法治國的要求,著力強(qiáng)化安全生產(chǎn)法治建設(shè),嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行安全生產(chǎn)法等法律法規(guī),切實(shí)維護(hù)人民群眾生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全和健康權(quán)益,經(jīng)國務(wù)院同意,現(xiàn)就加強(qiáng)安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)管執(zhí)法有關(guān)要求通知如下:一、健全完善安全生產(chǎn)法律法規(guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系(一)加快制修訂相關(guān)法律法規(guī)。抓緊制定安全生產(chǎn)法實(shí)施條例等配套法規(guī),積極推動礦山安全法、消防法、道路交通安全法、海上交通安全法、鐵路法等相關(guān)法律修訂出臺,加快煤礦安全監(jiān)察、石油天然氣管道保護(hù)、民用航空安全保衛(wèi)、重大設(shè)備監(jiān)理、
[Abstract]:The people's government of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the ministries and commissions of the State Council, and the organizations directly under the Party: in order to implement the 18 National Congress of the Party, the 18 second Middle School and third Middle School. The spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the CPC Central Committee and the relevant decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, in accordance with the requirements of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, efforts to strengthen the construction of the rule of law in production safety, strict implementation of the production Safety Law and other laws and regulations. To earnestly safeguard the safety and health rights and interests of the masses in life and property, with the consent of the State Council, the relevant requirements for strengthening supervision and enforcement of production safety are hereby notified as follows: 1. Improve and perfect the system of laws, regulations and standards for production safety (1) accelerate the system of revision of relevant laws and regulations, step up the formulation of relevant laws and regulations for the implementation of the Law on Safety in production, and actively promote the Mine Safety Law and the Fire Protection Law. The Law on Road Traffic Safety, the Law on Maritime Traffic Safety, the Law on Railways, and other relevant laws have been revised and promulgated to speed up coal mine safety supervision, oil and gas pipeline protection, civil aviation safety protection, and supervision of major equipment.
