【摘要】：本文拋磚引玉,對(duì)企業(yè)重組的涵義予以簡(jiǎn)介,對(duì)企業(yè)重組應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)予以提示,并重點(diǎn)就企業(yè)重組過(guò)程中應(yīng)重視的如知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)問(wèn)題、債權(quán)人利益保護(hù)問(wèn)題、企業(yè)職工安置問(wèn)題及律師作用問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the meaning of enterprise restructuring, prompts the legal risks that should be paid attention to in the process of enterprise restructuring, and focuses on the issues of intellectual property rights and the protection of the interests of creditors that should be paid attention to in the process of enterprise restructuring. The problem of employee placement and the role of lawyers are discussed.
