【摘要】：本文分析本科院校"經(jīng)濟(jì)法"課程教學(xué)中存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境:課程目標(biāo)與教材內(nèi)容的矛盾、教材內(nèi)容容量與課時(shí)分配的矛盾、理論教學(xué)與案例教學(xué)的矛盾、不同教學(xué)對象與課程內(nèi)容的矛盾、教師知識素質(zhì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)法內(nèi)容矛盾、課程考核方式與學(xué)習(xí)成效的矛盾。提出以經(jīng)濟(jì)法應(yīng)用為主旨,結(jié)合教學(xué)實(shí)踐,明確教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教師崗位管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、教材選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、教學(xué)方式標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、案例選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、教學(xué)考核管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化等互動(dòng)模式,為本科院校"經(jīng)濟(jì)法"課程教學(xué)中運(yùn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the practical difficulties in the teaching of the course of "Economic Law" in undergraduate colleges: the contradiction between the objective of the course and the content of the textbook, the contradiction between the content of the textbook and the distribution of class hours, and the contradiction between the theoretical teaching and the case teaching. The contradictions between different teaching objects and curriculum contents, between teachers' knowledge quality and economic law content, and between course assessment methods and learning results. Taking the application of economic law as the main purpose, combining with teaching practice, this paper puts forward some interactive models, such as the standardization of teaching objectives, the standardization of teachers' post management, the standardization of teaching materials, the standardization of teaching methods, the standardization of case selection, the standardization of management of teaching assessment, and so on. To provide reference and reference for the application of standardization in the course of economic law in undergraduate colleges and universities.
