【摘要】：資本市場(chǎng)的多層次性是資本市場(chǎng)充分發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)功能的生態(tài)基礎(chǔ)。從市場(chǎng)微觀結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)看,投資者、融資方、監(jiān)管方、市場(chǎng)交易制度、市場(chǎng)功能的多層次性,決定了建設(shè)多層次資本市場(chǎng)必須從多元化的角度理解。新三板市場(chǎng)作為多層次資本市場(chǎng)的基礎(chǔ)層,是以上各個(gè)方面對(duì)資本市場(chǎng)的有效補(bǔ)充。針對(duì)目前新三板市場(chǎng)依靠制度紅利輸血、流動(dòng)性匱乏、融資能力不強(qiáng)等問(wèn)題,新三板的制度設(shè)計(jì),應(yīng)從政策主導(dǎo)向誘導(dǎo)型制度變遷轉(zhuǎn)變,選擇有效的法律制度供給加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)微觀結(jié)構(gòu)建設(shè),使新三板市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入良性循環(huán)。
[Abstract]:The multi-level nature of capital market is the ecological basis for the capital market to give full play to its function. From the point of view of market microstructure, investors, financiers, regulators, market trading systems and market functions determine that the construction of multi-level capital markets must be understood from the perspective of diversification. As the foundation of multi-level capital market, the new three-board market is an effective supplement to the capital market. In view of the problems that the new third board market relies on institutional dividend transfusion, lack of liquidity and weak financing ability, the system design of the new third board should be changed from policy-oriented to inductive institutional change. Choose effective legal system supply to strengthen the construction of market microstructure, make the new three-board market into a virtuous circle.
