【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展給傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)帶來了很大的沖擊。作為近幾年來在我國出現(xiàn)的新事物,網(wǎng)絡(luò)約租車在給人們生活帶來極大便利的同時,也逐漸暴露出一些運行發(fā)展過程當中存在的問題,迫切需要一套健全的法律法規(guī)對網(wǎng)約車的經(jīng)營和發(fā)展進行規(guī)范引導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the Internet has brought great impact to the traditional industry. As a new thing appearing in our country in recent years, network rental car has brought great convenience to people's life, but it has also exposed some problems in the course of operation and development. There is an urgent need for a sound set of laws and regulations to guide the operation and development of ride-sharing.
