【摘要】：正"十二五"期間,國家發(fā)展改革委堅持深化改革,放管結合,加強事中事后監(jiān)管,積極推進反壟斷執(zhí)法,促進競爭政策的逐步實施,維護公平競爭,保護消費者利益,不斷優(yōu)化經濟社會發(fā)展的市場環(huán)境。全國共查處價格壟斷案件97件,實施經濟制裁103——97億元。其中,國家發(fā)展改革委直接查處29件,省級價格主管部門查處68件;查處壟斷協(xié)議案
[Abstract]:During the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, the State Development and Reform Commission has persisted in deepening reform, combining management and release, strengthening supervision after the event, actively promoting anti-monopoly law enforcement, promoting the gradual implementation of competition policy, safeguarding fair competition, and protecting consumers' interests. Continue to optimize the economic and social development of the market environment. A total of 97 cases of price monopoly were investigated and handled nationwide, with economic sanctions ranging from 103 billion yuan to 97 billion yuan. Of these, 29 cases were directly investigated and dealt with by the State Development and Reform Commission, 68 cases were dealt with by provincial price authorities, and cases of monopoly agreements were investigated and dealt with.
