【摘要】：本文從對《征信業(yè)管理?xiàng)l例》實(shí)施情況相關(guān)審計(jì)調(diào)查結(jié)論出發(fā),引入布坎南俱樂部模型,運(yùn)用模型對國外成熟征信體系進(jìn)行論證和借鑒,試圖解決我國目前征信業(yè)發(fā)展中遇到的公共征信"擠出"社會征信等問題,這些問題可能間接影響小微企業(yè)融資。
[Abstract]:Based on the conclusion of audit investigation on the implementation of Credit reporting regulations, this paper introduces the Buchanan Club Model and uses the model to demonstrate and draw lessons from the mature credit reporting system in foreign countries. This paper attempts to solve the problems of "extruding" social credit information and other problems encountered in the development of credit information industry in China, which may indirectly affect the financing of small and micro enterprises.
