【摘要】：為財(cái)經(jīng)類(lèi)高校經(jīng)管類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生開(kāi)設(shè)《經(jīng)濟(jì)法》課程,目的在于滿足財(cái)經(jīng)類(lèi)學(xué)生對(duì)基本財(cái)經(jīng)法律知識(shí)的掌握,使學(xué)生既懂財(cái)經(jīng)又懂法律,以滿足社會(huì)對(duì)經(jīng)管類(lèi)人才的需求。教材乃教學(xué)之本,尤為重要。本文在對(duì)市場(chǎng)上《經(jīng)濟(jì)法》教材進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合自身教學(xué)實(shí)踐,提出按照專(zhuān)業(yè)特點(diǎn)編寫(xiě)《經(jīng)濟(jì)法》教材,以便提高《經(jīng)濟(jì)法》課程的實(shí)用性,培養(yǎng)出更為出色的經(jīng)管類(lèi)人才。
[Abstract]:The course of "Economic Law" is set up for the students majoring in economics and management in colleges and universities of finance and economics. The purpose is to meet the needs of the society for the talents of economics and management by meeting the needs of the students in finance and economics, so that they can master the basic knowledge of finance and economics law and make the students understand both finance and economics and law. Teaching materials are the basis of teaching, especially important. On the basis of analyzing the teaching materials of Economic Law in the market and combining with its own teaching practice, this paper proposes to compile the textbook of Economic Law according to the specialty characteristics in order to improve the practicability of the course of Economic Law. Cultivate more outstanding management talents.
