【摘要】：近些年來,隨著時代經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域中,商業(yè)賄賂的現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生,不僅僅顯著抬高了社會交易成本,同時也伴有各種不公平的競爭,嚴重損害社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展活力。而在經(jīng)濟法領(lǐng)域,更要全面打擊商業(yè)賄賂行為,實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化和諧社會的全面發(fā)展和構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy of the times, the phenomenon of commercial bribery has occurred from time to time in the field of modern economy, which not only significantly raised the social transaction costs, but also accompanied by various unfair competition.
