【摘要】：正近些年來,我國(guó)的煙草控制工作給公眾留下的印象在一定程度上可以用轟轟烈烈來形容。不僅一些大城市熱衷于制定或修訂公共場(chǎng)所控?zé)熈⒎?而且中央政府層面也舉措不斷。2013年底中辦公廳和國(guó)辦聯(lián)合發(fā)布了《關(guān)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部帶頭在公共場(chǎng)所禁煙有關(guān)事項(xiàng)的通知》,2014年國(guó)務(wù)院《公共場(chǎng)所控制吸煙條例》草案也開始征求公眾意見,今年修訂后的《廣告法》更是進(jìn)一步全面禁止煙草廣告。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the public's impression of tobacco control work in China can be described as vigorous. Not only are some big cities keen to enact or revise smoking control legislation in public places, Meanwhile, at the central government level, the General Office and the State Affairs Office jointly issued the notice on leading cadres to take the lead in banning smoking in public places at the end of 2013, and the draft regulations on smoking Control in Public places of the State Council in 2014 And began soliciting public opinion, This year's revised "Advertising Law" is a further comprehensive ban on tobacco advertising.
