【摘要】：正金融消費(fèi)是消費(fèi)者以金融產(chǎn)品、信息或服務(wù)作為交易對(duì)象,在信息不對(duì)稱情況下,與金融機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)生的一切活動(dòng)或過程。金融消費(fèi)者權(quán)益一般包括:知情權(quán)、自主選擇權(quán)、隱私權(quán)、受服務(wù)權(quán)、受益權(quán)、投訴權(quán)、賠償權(quán)等方面。金融消費(fèi)者權(quán)益保護(hù)狀況取決于多方面:一是金融機(jī)構(gòu)提供的金融服務(wù)的種類、水平及質(zhì)量;二是金融消費(fèi)者對(duì)金融消費(fèi)
[Abstract]:Positive financial consumption is all the activities or processes in which consumers take financial products, information or services as their trading objects and take place with financial institutions under the condition of asymmetric information.The rights and interests of financial consumers generally include: the right to know, the right to choose, the right to privacy, the right to receive services, the right to benefit, the right to complain, the right to compensation, and so on.The protection of the rights and interests of financial consumers depends on many aspects: first, the type, level and quality of financial services provided by financial institutions; and second, the financial consumers' financial consumption
