【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的不斷增強(qiáng),我國在國際貿(mào)易中的表現(xiàn)愈加突出,出口產(chǎn)品范圍越來越廣泛,涉及到紡織品、電子產(chǎn)品、食品等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。但是,近年來我國對(duì)外貿(mào)易逐漸走入了瓶頸期,難以在出口結(jié)構(gòu)和出口份額上獲得新的提升,尤其是我國自加入世界貿(mào)易組織后,貿(mào)易壁壘逐漸減少,但貿(mào)易份額卻沒有相應(yīng)增加,某些產(chǎn)品甚至出現(xiàn)下滑趨勢(shì)。這些現(xiàn)象與日益增加的綠色壁壘有著密切關(guān)系,非關(guān)稅壁壘的出現(xiàn),影響了我國對(duì)外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。本文在分析綠色壁壘基本概念的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)綠色貿(mào)易壁壘的特點(diǎn)作了進(jìn)一步研究,并從經(jīng)濟(jì)及法律的角度探究其對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the increasing economic strength of our country, the performance of our country in international trade has become more and more prominent, and the scope of export products has become more and more extensive, involving many fields such as textiles, electronic products, food products, etc. However, In recent years, China's foreign trade has gradually entered the bottleneck period, and it is difficult to obtain a new promotion in the export structure and export share. Especially after China's accession to the World Trade Organization, the trade barriers have gradually decreased, but the trade share has not increased correspondingly. Some products even show a downward trend. These phenomena are closely related to the increasing green barriers. The emergence of non-tariff barriers has affected the development of China's foreign trade. This paper makes a further study on the characteristics of green trade barriers, and probes into the countermeasures from the angle of economy and law.
