【摘要】：正隨著"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"時(shí)代的到來(lái),網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘平臺(tái)已成為當(dāng)下企業(yè)與求職者互通的重要橋梁。然而,近日媒體卻曝出諸多網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘平臺(tái)亂象,令人們對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘信息的真實(shí)性打上了大大的問(wèn)號(hào)!原來(lái),一些不法分子利用求職者求職心切,以正規(guī)企業(yè)的名號(hào)為幌子,騙取求職者繳納各種應(yīng)聘費(fèi)用、扣押求職者證件(如竊取求職者個(gè)人信息用于非法用途),或者用工卻遲遲不簽訂勞動(dòng)合同……正是由于其監(jiān)管不力,無(wú)形中縱容了虛假招聘信息在網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘平臺(tái)上的肆虐。因此,從平臺(tái)審核的角度對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘信息來(lái)源進(jìn)行從嚴(yán)把關(guān),已勢(shì)在必行。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the "Internet" era, the online recruitment platform has become an important bridge between enterprises and job seekers. However, recently the media has exposed the chaos of many online recruitment platforms. So that people on the network recruitment information on the authenticity of a big question mark! It turned out that some lawless elements used job seekers to apply for jobs intensely, under the guise of the names of formal enterprises, to defraud job seekers to pay all kinds of application fees. The seizure of job seekers' documents (such as stealing personal information from job seekers for illegal purposes, or delays in signing labor contracts) is precisely because of their weak supervision, which invisibly connives at the rampant use of false recruitment information on online recruitment platforms. From the angle of platform audit, it is imperative to strictly check the network recruitment information sources.
