【摘要】：經濟安全作為國家軍事安全、政治安全的基礎,地位日趨重要。國家經濟是否安全,關乎該國政治、科技、文化等各方面的問題,鑒于經濟安全的重要性,國家經濟安全立法更應提上重要日程,這也是全面推進依法治國的重要舉措。通過分析美國、俄羅斯、日本的經濟安全立法可知,在新世紀,我國的國家經濟安全立法既具有必要性,也具有可行性;同時,我國的經濟安全立法應該堅持國家經濟主權原則、維護國家利益原則、促進經濟發(fā)展原則、促進平等交易原則和國家干預原則。在短期內不能實現統(tǒng)一立法的情況下,應通過完善各部門法,加強我國的國家經濟安全。
[Abstract]:As the basis of national military security and political security, economic security is becoming increasingly important. Whether the national economy is safe or not is related to the political, technological and cultural aspects of the country. In view of the importance of economic security, National economic security legislation should be put on the agenda, which is also an important measure to comprehensively promote the rule of law. By analyzing the economic security legislation of the United States, Russia and Japan, we can see that in the new century, China's national economic security legislation is both necessary and feasible. At the same time, China's economic security legislation should uphold the principle of national economic sovereignty, safeguard the principle of national interests, and promote the principle of economic development. To promote the principle of equal transaction and the principle of state intervention, we should strengthen the national economic security of our country by perfecting the laws of various departments if we can not realize the unified legislation in a short period of time.
