【摘要】：我國(guó)銀行業(yè)在使用巴塞協(xié)議的進(jìn)程中,為減少資金占用成本,證券正在作為金融擔(dān)保品被廣泛使用于上述要求下的資產(chǎn)配置中。我國(guó)金融監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)也開(kāi)始鼓勵(lì)金融機(jī)構(gòu)使用證券作為金融擔(dān)保品管理金融交易風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和有效降低交易雙方資金使用成本。經(jīng)過(guò)幾年的努力,我國(guó)金融擔(dān)保品管理服務(wù)已取得初步效果,但在發(fā)展中也暴露了些許不足。為了更好的發(fā)展我國(guó)金融擔(dān)保品管理業(yè)務(wù),分析問(wèn)題并借鑒成熟經(jīng)驗(yàn)是必要的。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the cost of capital occupation in the process of using the Barcelona Agreement, Securities are being widely used as financial collateral in asset allocation under the above requirements. Financial regulators in China have also begun to encourage financial institutions to use securities as financial collateral to manage financial transaction risks and effectively reduce financial transactions. The cost of using the money on both sides of the deal. After several years of hard work, The management service of financial collateral in our country has made a preliminary effect, but it has also exposed some deficiencies in the development. In order to better develop the management business of financial collateral in China, it is necessary to analyze the problems and learn from the mature experience.
