【摘要】：正《政府采購法實施條例》(以下簡稱《條例》)的頒布施行,對《政府采購法》的規(guī)定作了進一步的補充和細化,并結(jié)合實際與《招標投標法》相銜接,增強了政府采購工作可操作性,有利于構(gòu)建規(guī)范透明、公平競爭、監(jiān)督到位、嚴格問責的政府采購制度�！稐l例》實施已近一年,在實際使用中遇到的一些問題亟待解決。
[Abstract]:The promulgation and implementation of the regulations on the implementation of the Law on Government Procurement (hereinafter referred to as "the regulations") has further supplemented and refined the provisions of the Law on Government Procurement, and has been combined with the actual situation to link up with the Law on tendering and bidding, It enhances the maneuverability of government procurement, and helps to build a standardized and transparent, fair competition, supervision and strict accountability government procurement system. < regulations > have been implemented for nearly a year, and some problems encountered in practical use need to be solved urgently.
