【摘要】：正日前,關(guān)乎資產(chǎn)評(píng)估行業(yè)未來(lái)走向的重要法律——《資產(chǎn)評(píng)估法》經(jīng)十二屆全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)第二十一次會(huì)議表決通過(guò),將于2016年12月1日起正式施行。對(duì)于這部法律的出臺(tái),雖然各路學(xué)者、專(zhuān)家競(jìng)相評(píng)說(shuō),但大部分人并不了解其中真意。其實(shí),此法的影響范圍遠(yuǎn)超出資產(chǎn)評(píng)估行業(yè)本身,小到舊機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)鑒定估價(jià)、保險(xiǎn)公估,大到股權(quán)評(píng)估、債權(quán)評(píng)估、房地產(chǎn)估價(jià)、地價(jià)估價(jià)和礦業(yè)權(quán)評(píng)估,均受影響,其積極意義不勝枚舉。正如財(cái)政部部長(zhǎng)樓繼偉在《促進(jìn)
[Abstract]:Just a few days ago, the Asset Appraisal Law, an important law concerning the future direction of the asset appraisal industry, was passed by the 21th session of the standing Committee of the 12 National people's Congress and will come into effect on December 1st 2016. Although scholars and experts are competing for comment, most people do not understand the true meaning. In fact, the impact of this method goes far beyond the asset appraisal industry itself, ranging from the appraisal and valuation of used motor vehicles, the assessment of insurance, and the assessment of equity.
