【摘要】：隨著民政部加大全國婚姻登記信息化建設(shè)的要求,建設(shè)婚姻登記信息平臺已成為婚姻登記管理水平高的一個重要體現(xiàn),尤其在《婚姻法》新規(guī)出臺后,隨著社會公眾對婚姻登記管理的要求越來越高,加快建設(shè)快捷、高效、便民的婚姻登記管理系統(tǒng)成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文以樟木頭鎮(zhèn)婚姻登記綜合管理系統(tǒng)為研究對象,介紹了建設(shè)管理系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目背景、研究意義和重要性,闡述了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；采用軟件工程面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒?對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的需求分析。在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,對業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行描述,采用流程圖分析了原有的業(yè)務(wù)流程,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,給出了婚姻業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)約、婚姻業(yè)務(wù)辦理、婚姻信息綜合管理、婚姻財(cái)務(wù)管理、檔案管理、基礎(chǔ)信息管理和系統(tǒng)管理的優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,對系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行分析,采用用例圖、包圖對系統(tǒng)的婚姻業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)約、婚姻業(yè)務(wù)辦理、婚姻信息綜合管理、婚姻財(cái)務(wù)管理、檔案管理、基礎(chǔ)信息管理、系統(tǒng)管理等各功能進(jìn)行分析;在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,采用控制類關(guān)系圖、縮略類圖對系統(tǒng)各功能需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出實(shí)體類關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表；最后,對管理系統(tǒng)所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。樟木頭鎮(zhèn)婚姻登記綜合管理系統(tǒng)集婚姻預(yù)約、婚姻登記、財(cái)務(wù)管理、檔案管理以及婚姻管理于一體。它采用信息化技術(shù),在各個環(huán)節(jié)提高登記效率,提升婚姻管理水平,從而有效提升服務(wù)水平,滿足社會各界對婚姻登記管理工作的要求。
[Abstract]:With the Ministry of Civil Affairs increasing the requirements of the national marriage registration information construction, building a marriage registration information platform has become an important embodiment of the high level of marriage registration management, especially after the promulgation of the new regulations of the Marriage Law. With the increasing demands of the public on marriage registration management, it is urgent to speed up the construction of a fast, efficient and convenient marriage registration management system. This paper takes the comprehensive management system of marriage registration in Zhangmutou Town as the research object, introduces the project background, significance and importance of the construction management system, expounds the content and main work of the paper, and adopts the object-oriented method of software engineering. The system is analyzed in detail. In the business analysis, the business is described, and the flow chart is used to analyze the original business process. On this basis, the marriage business appointment, marriage business management, marriage information comprehensive management, marriage financial management, file management are given. In the function analysis, the system function is analyzed, the use case diagram, the package diagram is used to make the marriage business reservation, the marriage business processing, the marriage information comprehensive management, In the data analysis, the control class relation diagram and the abbreviated class diagram are used to analyze the data needed to be processed by each function of the system, such as marriage financial management, file management, basic information management, system management and so on. Finally, the research and analysis work of the management system is summarized, and the further work is prospected. The comprehensive management system of marriage registration in Zhangmutou Town integrates marriage booking, marriage registration, financial management, file management and marriage management. It adopts information technology to improve the efficiency of registration and the level of marriage management in every link so as to effectively improve the level of service and meet the requirements of all circles of society for the management of marriage registration.
