【摘要】：更生保護制度是很有日本特色的司法制度,其有專門的更生保護法律和保護機構(gòu)。更生保護由保護觀察官和保護司共同協(xié)作實施,主要對少年保護觀察對象、少年院暫時出院者、刑務(wù)所假釋者、保護觀察對象、婦女輔導(dǎo)院暫時出院者實施社會內(nèi)處遇,并根據(jù)犯罪性質(zhì)復(fù)雜且處遇困難的保護對象情況對其采取2種保護措施。此外,市民也參與到更生保護措施中來,如更生保護法人,更生保護婦女會,兄姐會,合作雇主等。
[Abstract]:Rehabilitation protection system is a judicial system with Japanese characteristics. It has special laws and institutions for rehabilitation protection. Rehabilitation protection is carried out jointly by the Protection Observer and the Department of Protection. It mainly deals with the subjects under observation of juvenile protection, those temporarily discharged from juvenile hospitals, those released on parole in penal institutions, those under protection and observation, and those temporarily discharged from women's counselling homes. And according to the criminal nature of complex and difficult to protect the object situation to take two kinds of protection measures. In addition, members of the public are also involved in rehabilitation protection measures, such as rehabilitation legal persons, rehabilitative women's associations, elder brothers and sisters' associations, cooperative employers and so on.
