初中生家長法律認(rèn)知及家庭法制教育方法干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:我國的未成年人犯罪已成為嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問題。長期以來,我國的家庭法制教育研究薄弱,缺乏系統(tǒng)的實(shí)證研究,研究視角單一。本研究選擇初中生家長法律認(rèn)知和法制教育方法作為研究課題,從教育心理學(xué)、家庭教育學(xué)、團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)、法學(xué)等多元的研究視角,以《義務(wù)教育法》、《未成年人保護(hù)法》與《預(yù)防未成年人犯罪法》等法規(guī)為主要內(nèi)容,采用問卷法和訪談法,對(duì)初中生家庭法制教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,探測(cè)其法律認(rèn)知特點(diǎn)和法制教育水平,并在此基礎(chǔ)上自編初中生家長法律認(rèn)知量表和法律施教情境模擬問卷,對(duì)其進(jìn)行法律認(rèn)知和家庭法制教育方法的干預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn),并運(yùn)用行動(dòng)研究法對(duì)教育干預(yù)方案進(jìn)行需求、執(zhí)行過程及結(jié)果的全面評(píng)估,以驗(yàn)證干預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果。本研究得出如下結(jié)論: 1 初中生家庭法制教育調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,大多數(shù)家長能意識(shí)到家庭法制教育的重要性,但法律知識(shí)掌握極差,法律運(yùn)用整體意識(shí)亟待提升,缺乏切實(shí)可行的法制教育方法,需要幫助和指導(dǎo)。 2 自編的初中生家長法律認(rèn)知量表具有較高的內(nèi)部同質(zhì)性信度和較好的結(jié)構(gòu)效度、內(nèi)容效度,能較好地反映出初中生家長的法律認(rèn)知水平;自編的初中生家長法律施教情境模擬問卷具有較好的內(nèi)容信度,能較為可靠地反映初中生家長的法制教育方法的掌握和運(yùn)用情況。 3 教育干預(yù)培訓(xùn)后,初中生家長的法律認(rèn)知水平和法制教育方法運(yùn)用水平得到提高。團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)是進(jìn)行家長教育的良好的方式。 4 初中生家長法律認(rèn)知和家庭法制教育方法教育干預(yù)方案經(jīng)過行動(dòng)研究法在需求、執(zhí)行過程和成效上的全面評(píng)估,方案是可行的,方法是有效的,干預(yù)效果是顯著的。 5 教育干預(yù)的效果經(jīng)過量化方法和質(zhì)性方法的分析得到了相互的驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency has become a serious social problem in China. For a long time, the research of family legal education in our country is weak, lack of systematic empirical research, and the perspective of research is single. This study chooses the methods of legal cognition and legal education of parents of junior high school students as the research subjects, from the perspective of educational psychology, family pedagogy, group psychological guidance, law, and so on. Taking the compulsory Education Law, the Law on the Protection of minors and the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency as the main contents, the present situation of family legal education of junior high school students was investigated by questionnaire and interview. The characteristics of legal cognition and the level of legal education were investigated, and on the basis of this, the questionnaire of parents' legal cognition of junior high school students and the simulated questionnaire of legal teaching situation were compiled, and the intervention experiments of legal cognition and family legal education methods were carried out. In order to verify the results of the intervention experiment, the needs, the implementation process and the results of the educational intervention program were evaluated by the action research method. The findings of this study are as follows: 1 the results of the investigation on the family legal education of junior high school students show that most parents can realize the importance of family legal education, but the legal knowledge is very poor, the whole consciousness of the application of law needs to be improved urgently, and there is a lack of feasible legal education methods. Need help and guidance. (2) the self-designed legal cognition scale for parents of junior high school students has higher internal homogeneity reliability, better structural validity and content validity, which can better reflect the level of legal cognition of parents of junior high school students; The self-designed situation simulation questionnaire of parents' legal education of junior high school students has good content reliability and can reflect more reliably the grasp and application of legal education methods of junior high school students' parents. 3 after education intervention and training, the level of legal cognition and the application of legal education methods of junior high school students' parents were improved. Group counseling is a good way to educate parents. (4) the educational intervention scheme of parents' legal cognition and family legal system education method of junior high school students is feasible, effective, and the effect of intervention is remarkable through the comprehensive evaluation of the demand, implementation process and effectiveness of the action research method. The effect of educational intervention was verified by quantitative method and qualitative method.
