【摘要】： 目前，中國處于從計劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變的過程中，處于轉(zhuǎn)型期的婚姻家庭受到了前所未有的沖擊，婚姻家庭領(lǐng)域中出現(xiàn)了新的情況與問題。面對這些問題，調(diào)控婚姻家庭的道德規(guī)范和法律規(guī)范都未能很好地發(fā)揮作用。本論文正是在這一社會背景下提出了婚姻家庭和諧的論述。本論文主要是從倫理學(xué)角度來構(gòu)建一個和諧的婚姻家庭并就實現(xiàn)這一和諧構(gòu)想進(jìn)行了探究。 萬事萬物在演變進(jìn)化過程中講究和諧，作為人類的婚姻家庭也不例外。人類的三大和諧是人類生存的新戰(zhàn)略�；诖耍�，本文提出了當(dāng)代中國婚姻家庭生存與發(fā)展的新戰(zhàn)略，即：婚姻家庭內(nèi)部人際關(guān)系的和諧，其中夫妻關(guān)系的和諧是核心，代際關(guān)系的和諧也不容忽視；婚姻家庭中人的身心和諧，其中主要闡述個體婚前的心理和諧與婚后的心理和諧；婚姻家庭中的個人與社會的和諧。本文剖析了當(dāng)代婚姻家庭失和的原因，主要的原因有傳統(tǒng)觀念的影響、家庭關(guān)系和家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的變化、現(xiàn)代夫妻之間情感交流的弱化、市場化和非道德化對婚姻家庭的沖擊、婚姻法的不完善等。要達(dá)到婚姻家庭的和諧，首先要提高人的素質(zhì)，其次要建構(gòu)新型家庭倫理，為實現(xiàn)家庭和諧提供道德支撐，要正確對待傳統(tǒng)文化和西方文化，同時要堅持正確的輿論導(dǎo)向，弘揚(yáng)家庭道德，大力開展社區(qū)家庭倫理道德教育；其三，要完善婚姻法，為實現(xiàn)婚姻家庭和諧提供堅強(qiáng)的保證。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the process of transition from planned economy to market economy, the marriage and family in the transition period have been under unprecedented impact, and new situations and problems have emerged in the field of marriage and family. In the face of these problems, the moral and legal norms of controlling marriage and family fail to play a good role. This thesis puts forward the discussion of marriage and family harmony under this social background. This paper is mainly from the perspective of ethics to construct a harmonious marriage and family and the realization of this harmonious concept has been explored. All things in the evolution of the process of stress on harmony, as a human marriage and family is no exception. The three harmonies of mankind are the new strategy of human existence. Based on this, this paper puts forward a new strategy for the survival and development of marriage and family in contemporary China, that is, the harmony of interpersonal relations within marriage and family, in which the harmony of husband and wife is the core, and the harmony of intergenerational relations should not be ignored; The harmony of human body and mind in marriage and family, in which the individual premarital psychological harmony and post-marriage psychological harmony, marriage and family personal and social harmony. This paper analyzes the causes of contemporary marriage and family disharmony, the main reasons are the influence of traditional concepts, the changes of family relationship and family structure, the weakening of emotional communication between modern couples, the impact of marketization and non-moralization on marriage and family. The imperfections of the marriage law, etc. In order to achieve the harmony of marriage and family, first of all, we should improve the quality of people, secondly, we should construct a new family ethics, provide moral support for realizing family harmony, treat traditional culture and western culture correctly, and adhere to the correct guidance of public opinion at the same time. Carry forward the family morals, carry out the community family ethics education vigorously; third, perfect the marriage law, provide the strong guarantee for realizing the marriage and family harmony.
