【摘要】：隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展進步,婚姻觀作為對現(xiàn)實的一種意識反映,也在經(jīng)歷著一步步進化演變的過程。本研究在充分借鑒國內(nèi)外研究的基礎之上,運用婚姻家庭關系理論對婚姻觀的影響因素進行了探討。本研究把20歲到50歲年齡段的人作為研究人群,根據(jù)樣本對象的特點分為未婚者與已有婚姻經(jīng)歷者兩個對照組進行數(shù)據(jù)對比分析,并從這兩個組中各選取5人進行深入訪談。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)未婚者與已有婚姻經(jīng)歷者都認為感情、人品在擇偶標準重要性,同時認為經(jīng)濟因素在擇偶過程中所起的作用會有所減弱,他們的擇偶態(tài)度是非常務實的。夫妻間的平等關系對于婚姻的穩(wěn)定至關重要。父輩對子女的婚姻生活產(chǎn)生重要的影響。調(diào)查顯示,感情因素對婚姻的穩(wěn)定性有顯著性的正相關關系,經(jīng)濟因素雖然不如人們認為的那樣很重要,但并未呈現(xiàn)正相關關系,即并不是越有錢婚姻則越幸福,婚姻的穩(wěn)定性越高。 在文章的最后,筆者還對司法解釋中所涉及到的部分熱點問題(如房產(chǎn)證加名、夫妻關系等)進行了初步論述,指出司法解釋出臺的沒有對婚姻法進行本質(zhì)改變,只是對原有法條內(nèi)容進行了細化,它的原則仍然是“保護弱者”,維護婚姻穩(wěn)定的目的,不存在對哪一方絕對有利的情況,同時號召大家樹立正確的婚姻觀,讓婚姻回歸固有的純粹。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the concept of marriage, as a reflection of reality, is evolving step by step. On the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign studies, this study discusses the influence factors of marriage view by using marriage and family relation theory. In this study, people aged 20 to 50 years old were divided into two control groups according to the characteristics of the sample subjects: unmarried persons and those who had already married, and 5 persons were selected from each group to conduct in-depth interviews. It is found that the unmarried people and the previous marriage experience both think that feelings and personality are important in the criteria of choosing a spouse, and that the role of economic factors in the process of choosing a spouse will be weakened, and their attitude towards mate selection is very pragmatic. The equal relationship between husband and wife is vital to the stability of marriage. Parents have an important influence on the marital life of their children. The survey showed that there was a significant positive correlation between emotional factors and marital stability. Although economic factors were not as important as people thought, they did not show a positive correlation, meaning that the more money one had, the happier the marriage was. The more stable the marriage. At the end of the article, the author also makes a preliminary discussion on some hot issues involved in the judicial interpretation (such as the addition of property certificates, the relationship between husband and wife, etc.), and points out that the judicial interpretation has not made any essential changes to the marriage law. It only refines the content of the original law. Its principle is still "to protect the weak," to maintain the stability of marriage, and there is no situation that is absolutely beneficial to either side. At the same time, it calls on everyone to establish a correct view of marriage. Let the marriage return to the inherent purity.
