【摘要】：本文通過(guò)定性、定量?jī)煞N方法探討立法英語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)義模糊性。并通過(guò)分層抽樣的方法抽取了《兒童權(quán)利公約》和《中華人民共和國(guó)婚姻法》(英文版)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)立法英語(yǔ)中形容詞、動(dòng)詞、名詞和副詞語(yǔ)義模糊性進(jìn)行分析和研究。研究表明,語(yǔ)義模糊廣泛存在于各種詞類中,立法英語(yǔ)無(wú)法避免其語(yǔ)義模糊性。最后本文探析了立法英語(yǔ)中模糊語(yǔ)義存在的根源。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the semantic fuzziness of legislative English by qualitative and quantitative methods. The semantic fuzziness of adjectives, verbs, nouns and adverbs in legislative English is analyzed and studied by stratified sampling of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Marriage Law of the people's Republic of China (English version). The research shows that semantic ambiguity exists widely in various parts of speech, and legislative English can not avoid its semantic fuzziness. Finally, this paper explores the root causes of the existence of fuzzy semantics in legislative English.
