【摘要】：婚姻習俗是指人們在長期的生產生活中形成的關于婚姻締結與解除等相關內容的地方性民間風俗習慣和規(guī)范。廣義上的婚俗，是包括擇偶、訂婚及結婚儀式在內的一系列以婚姻締結為目的的活動中所表現出來的法律規(guī)定、道德觀念、禮儀、習慣以及文化特征。狹義的婚俗，就是指婚禮儀式中所體現的風俗習慣和形式。本文中所指的婚姻習俗指的是廣義上的婚俗。由于婚姻習俗與一個民族的生產、生活習慣和傳統(tǒng)文化、政治經濟現狀緊密相連，所以各個民族的婚俗都各不相同。本文因行文所限，主要探討漢族的婚姻習俗。 本文以中國化的馬克思主義婚姻理論為指導，以新中國成立為時間界限，以我國婚姻習俗為研究主體，通過回顧我國古代婚姻習俗、梳理我國婚姻習俗變遷的內容、總結我國婚姻習俗變遷的原因、指出當前我國婚姻習俗存在的問題，最后總結了推進我國婚姻文明的途徑。 我國的婚姻習俗是在婚姻法以及婚姻政策的影響下逐步變遷的，本文在深入研究婚姻法以及婚姻政策的基礎上，結合文章的中心思想和主要內容，重點運用了文獻研究、歸納分析和田野調查等方法。其主要創(chuàng)新點體現在：第一，本文通過對建國以來我國婚姻習俗進行深層次、整體性的創(chuàng)新研究，力求系統(tǒng)梳理建國以來我國婚姻習俗的變遷脈絡并且全面總結我國婚姻習俗的變遷原因，，這是本文的第一個亮點；二是本文通過對當前我國婚姻習俗存在的各種問題的深入分析，力求針對問題提出推進我國婚姻文明的途徑，表明了研究本問題的意義，這是本文的第二個亮點。
[Abstract]:Marriage custom refers to the local folk customs and norms about marriage conclusion and dissolution formed by people in long-term production and life. In a broad sense, marriage custom is the legal regulation, moral concept, etiquette, habit and cultural characteristics of a series of activities aimed at marriage conclusion, including mate selection, engagement and marriage ceremony. Narrow sense of marriage custom, refers to the wedding ceremony reflected in the customs and forms. The marriage custom in this article refers to the marriage custom in a broad sense. Because the marriage custom is closely related to a nation's production, living habits, traditional culture, political and economic status, the marriage customs of each nationality are different. This article mainly discusses the marriage custom of Han nationality because of the limitation of writing. Guided by the Sinicized Marxist marriage theory, taking the founding of new China as the time limit, taking the marriage custom of our country as the research subject, this paper combs the content of the change of the marriage custom in our country by reviewing the ancient marriage custom of our country. This paper summarizes the causes of the changes of marriage customs in our country, points out the problems existing in the marriage customs of our country at present, and finally summarizes the ways to promote the marriage civilization in our country. The marriage custom of our country changes step by step under the influence of marriage law and marriage policy. On the basis of deeply studying marriage law and marriage policy, combining the main idea and main content of the article, this paper makes use of the literature research emphatically. Inductive analysis and field investigation. The main innovation points are as follows: first, this article carries on the deep level, the integrity innovation research to our country marriage custom since the founding of the people's Republic of China. It is the first bright spot of this paper to systematically comb the changing context of the marriage custom since the founding of the people's Republic of China and to sum up the reasons for the change of the marriage custom in our country. Second, through the thorough analysis of various problems existing in the marriage custom of our country at present, this paper tries to put forward the way to promote the marriage civilization of our country in view of the problem, which shows the significance of studying this question, which is the second bright spot of this article.
