【摘要】：離婚糾紛案件現(xiàn)在在人民法院受理的民事案件中占有相當(dāng)大的比例，離婚案件在程序上有其獨(dú)特的特點(diǎn)，但是我國對于離婚案件中程序的問題并沒有做出單獨(dú)的規(guī)定，只是參照通常民事訴訟案件的程序來進(jìn)行審理。本文中筆者欲通過對離婚案件一些程序性問題的研究分析，，來總結(jié)特點(diǎn)、發(fā)現(xiàn)問題進(jìn)而解決問題。其主要內(nèi)容就是通過對離婚案件審判實(shí)踐中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的集中典型難題分析，從中尋找解決問題的辦法。典型難題將通過案例的形式展現(xiàn)，包括：當(dāng)事人惡意制造送達(dá)困難案例、當(dāng)事人惡意提出管轄異議案例、特殊身份當(dāng)事人離婚程序難題案例等。
[Abstract]:The divorce dispute cases now occupy a large proportion of the civil cases accepted by the people's courts. Divorce cases have their unique characteristics in the procedure. However, there are no separate provisions on the procedural issues in the divorce cases in our country. In this paper, the author intends to sum up the characteristics by studying and analyzing some procedural issues in divorce cases. Find the problem and solve the problem. Its main content is to find a solution to the problem by analyzing the concentrated typical problem that often appears in the trial practice of divorce case. The typical problem will be displayed in the form of a case. Including: the parties maliciously make the service difficult cases, the parties maliciously put forward the jurisdiction objection case, the special status litigants divorce procedure difficult case and so on.
