隨著中國全球化進(jìn)程不斷加快,現(xiàn)代商務(wù)活動(dòng)日益頻繁,社會(huì)對(duì)商務(wù)合同的需要也越來越迫切。在此期間,商務(wù)合同的翻譯也扮演著愈加重要的角色。商務(wù)合同的翻譯是一項(xiàng)極具專業(yè)性和技術(shù)性的翻譯活動(dòng),其有助于傳達(dá)相關(guān)涉外合同文件的法律意圖,并為相關(guān)涉外活動(dòng)的開展提供保障。精確恰當(dāng)?shù)姆g是充分發(fā)揮商務(wù)合法律功能的重要前提。研究商務(wù)合同的翻譯能為商務(wù)合同翻譯實(shí)踐活動(dòng)提供有效的指導(dǎo),因而極具現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本實(shí)踐報(bào)告結(jié)合筆者自身的翻譯實(shí)踐活動(dòng),以奈達(dá)的功能對(duì)等理論為指導(dǎo),探究阿罕布拉商務(wù)合同的漢譯問題。本報(bào)告首先對(duì)翻譯過程中影響原文法律信息準(zhǔn)確傳遞的主要問題進(jìn)行分析歸納。隨后結(jié)合奈達(dá)的功能對(duì)等理論提出相應(yīng)的解決方案,具體包括轉(zhuǎn)譯法、增詞法、語義和句法調(diào)整以及使用連貫詞。本報(bào)告旨在研究阿罕布拉商務(wù)合同的漢譯問題,以期為今后類似商務(wù)合同的漢譯研究提供實(shí)質(zhì)性的參考和建議。
