　　當(dāng)今社會(huì),“合同必守”的意識(shí)深入人心,合同早已成為人們生活的重要組成部分。當(dāng)事人通過(guò)訂立合同確定雙方的權(quán)利與義務(wù),通過(guò)履行合同達(dá)成雙方意向并完成交易,以此調(diào)整人身財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系。作為約定合同雙方權(quán)利與義務(wù)的正式文件,商務(wù)合同被賦予了法律含義并廣泛應(yīng)用于國(guó)際商貿(mào)領(lǐng)域。為避免糾紛的發(fā)生,保護(hù)當(dāng)事人切身權(quán)益,商務(wù)合同的譯者必須確保準(zhǔn)確真實(shí)地再現(xiàn)原文意思及原文文體風(fēng)格,因此高質(zhì)量的合同翻譯愈加重要及必需。由于商務(wù)合同的功能及其應(yīng)用環(huán)境的特殊性,商務(wù)合同英語(yǔ),有別于其它英語(yǔ),在詞匯和句法方面都具有鮮明的文體特征。在翻譯此類商務(wù)合同時(shí),既要做到忠實(shí)于原文內(nèi)容,又要做到忠實(shí)于原文的文體風(fēng)格,譯者就必須運(yùn)用特殊的翻譯原則為指導(dǎo),達(dá)到高質(zhì)量的翻譯。本文第二章首先介紹合同概念,分類及內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu),第三章對(duì)文體,文體學(xué)加以概述,并對(duì)商務(wù)合同英語(yǔ)的文體加以界定。借助大量英文商務(wù)合同范例,作者對(duì)合同英語(yǔ)文體特征進(jìn)行具體、詳盡的分析和闡述。第四章論述英文商務(wù)合同的翻譯。本章首先概述何為翻譯并探究翻譯與文體的密切關(guān)系,然后該文介紹各名家針對(duì)各種應(yīng)用文體提出的特殊翻譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最后本章結(jié)合對(duì)售貨合同的文體特征分析,應(yīng)用英國(guó)翻譯理論...
