本論文以系統(tǒng)功能語法的語篇功能和捷克語言學(xué)家丹尼斯提出的主位推進(jìn)模式為理論基礎(chǔ),通過對比研究,探索英漢商務(wù)合同語篇中采用的主位推進(jìn)模式類型、英漢主位推進(jìn)模式采用的異同、造成英漢商務(wù)合同主位推進(jìn)模式異同的原因、根據(jù)英漢商務(wù)合同主位推進(jìn)模式采用的不同決定采用相應(yīng)的漢英翻譯策略。作者從《對外貿(mào)易最新合同范本》中分別選取中英文合同十份,其中中文句子657個,英文624個。依據(jù)丹尼斯和黃國文所分別提出的四種和六種主位推進(jìn)模式,發(fā)現(xiàn)中文商務(wù)合同中主要有十三種主位推進(jìn)模式而英文中只有十一種。通過對比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)中英文商務(wù)合同主位推進(jìn)模式相同點(diǎn)有：（1）主位推進(jìn)模式在中英文商務(wù)合同中都被廣泛使用（2）中英文商務(wù)合同中最長用的三種主位推進(jìn)模式都是主位同一型、簡單線型和述位分裂型（split rheme）,其中主位同一型所占比例最高。不同點(diǎn)有：（1）雖然主位推進(jìn)模式在中英文商務(wù)合同中都被廣泛使用,但在英文中的使用頻率更高。（2）中英文商務(wù)合同中所采用的各種主位推進(jìn)模式出現(xiàn)頻率不同,其中簡單線型雖然在中英文商務(wù)合同中都排列第二,但出現(xiàn)頻率差別明顯。零主位型在中文商務(wù)合同中出現(xiàn)了32次,頻率為8.4%,而在英文...
