模糊理論自從在1965年被提出后引起了學術界極大的興趣,許多領域都掀起了對模糊語研究的熱潮,然而關于商務英語中的模糊語言現(xiàn)象的研究卻非常之少,因為商務英語經(jīng)常被冠以準確的特點。而關于國際商務合同中的模糊語言現(xiàn)象的研究更少,因為法律語言更加不能含糊其辭。因此對于國際貨物銷售合同中的模糊語言現(xiàn)象的研究具有非常重要的意義,它不僅有助于模糊語言研究,而且對商務英語研究,法律語言研究也有很大的借鑒意義。作者通過對國際貿(mào)易貨物銷售合同條款的收集以及觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)模糊語在國際貨物銷售合同中大量存在。在此基礎上作者進一步對收集的270條合同條款中的模糊語言使用情況進行了定量和定性分析。本文首先提取了270條合同條款中出現(xiàn)的模糊語,然后通過AntConc 3.2.0軟件計算出九種國際貨物銷售合同數(shù)量條款、質量條款、包裝條款、支付條款、裝運條款、檢驗條款、不可抗力條款、仲裁條款和索賠條款中不同模糊語出現(xiàn)的頻率。接著對每一種條款中出現(xiàn)的模糊語情況分別作了詳細分析,然后結合合作原則,禮貌原則以及關聯(lián)理論對九種條款中出現(xiàn)的模糊語現(xiàn)象從整體上進行了系統(tǒng)的分析與解釋。分析發(fā)現(xiàn)模糊語在國際貨物銷售合同中的使用遵從了合作原則...
