《中華人民共和國合同法》兩種英譯本對(duì)比研究

翻譯雖是一種實(shí)踐性很強(qiáng)的跨文化交際活動(dòng),仍需理論來指導(dǎo)。在東西方國家出現(xiàn)的眾多理論中,尤金·奈達(dá)的“功能對(duì)等”理論是最為廣泛接受的理論之一。奈達(dá)認(rèn)為:“翻譯就是在譯語中再造出首先在意義上,其次在風(fēng)格上與原語信息最切近而又自然的對(duì)等信息!痹趯⑵淅碚撨\(yùn)用于具體的翻譯工作時(shí),奈達(dá)提出了一些實(shí)現(xiàn)功能對(duì)等的基本原則。 中文法規(guī)因其特殊的社會(huì)功能,其語言從詞匯,句法,篇章乃至風(fēng)格方面都有其特殊之處。本論文依據(jù)奈達(dá)的翻譯理論對(duì)《中華人民共和國合同法》兩個(gè)中英對(duì)照本(1999年分別由法制出版社和外文出版社出版)的英譯文進(jìn)行了比較研究,目的在于探索在中文法規(guī)英譯中實(shí)現(xiàn)“最切近而又自然的對(duì)等”的有效方法,同時(shí)探討《中華人民共和國合同法》英譯文在翻譯方面的某些可取或不當(dāng)之處。 本論文共四章。第一章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了奈達(dá)的“功能對(duì)等”理論及其在法規(guī)翻譯中的應(yīng)用。第二章對(duì)《中華人民共和國合同法》及其現(xiàn)有的兩種中英對(duì)照譯本作了簡(jiǎn)介,并以中華人民共和國合同法為基礎(chǔ),重點(diǎn)討論了中文法規(guī)的風(fēng)格和語言特點(diǎn)。第三、四兩章是論文的主體,系對(duì)上述兩個(gè)譯本進(jìn)行的詳細(xì)的比較研究。第三章從準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá)原文意義方面出發(fā),主要探討了譯...
