當(dāng)前,全球化的進(jìn)展到達(dá)了史無(wú)前例的速度,各國(guó)之間的交流與交往也是呈上升趨勢(shì)。在這樣的大背景下,國(guó)際勞工合同也就隨處可見。因此,勞工合同的翻譯就顯得尤為重要。本文是針對(duì)一份國(guó)際《勞工合同》的翻譯報(bào)告。報(bào)告在分析源文本的語(yǔ)言特征和翻譯難點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了其具體翻譯技巧的使用。源文本的語(yǔ)言特征主要是:大量語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的長(zhǎng)句、古詞正式詞和名詞化現(xiàn)象;其中,句法層面的特征最為明顯。源文本的翻譯難點(diǎn)體現(xiàn)在:如何在精準(zhǔn)性、連貫性、以及與目標(biāo)語(yǔ)的表達(dá)習(xí)慣相一致等方面實(shí)現(xiàn)滿意的譯文。為此,在翻譯實(shí)踐中,主要采用了轉(zhuǎn)換法、分譯法、語(yǔ)序轉(zhuǎn)換法以及綜合法等翻譯技巧。
