【摘要】：違約金和賠償金同屬于經(jīng)濟(jì)合同法規(guī)定的承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任的方式之一。兩者有著怎樣的聯(lián)系和區(qū)別?如果經(jīng)濟(jì)合同中約定了違約金條款,經(jīng)濟(jì)合同履行過(guò)程中一方違約,導(dǎo)致守約方出現(xiàn)損失,能否違約金與賠償金并用,這些都是現(xiàn)實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的實(shí)際問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Liquidated damages and compensation belong to one of the ways of liability for breach of contract stipulated in economic contract law. What are the connections and differences between the two? If the breach of contract clause is stipulated in the economic contract, one party defaults in the process of the performance of the economic contract, which leads to the loss of the abiding party, and whether the liquidated damages can be combined with compensation is a practical problem that often occurs in real economic life.
