【摘要】：正《勞動(dòng)合同法(修正案)》(以下簡稱《修正案》)的出臺(tái)并通過必將有力地推動(dòng)勞務(wù)派遣用工的進(jìn)一步規(guī)范。鑒于影響勞務(wù)派遣用工的因素復(fù)雜多樣,也不排除該法實(shí)施后可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些新問題。本文將結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)研從正反兩方面對(duì)法律修改后可能給勞務(wù)派遣用工帶來的變化進(jìn)行分析。一、《修正案》將促使目前勞務(wù)派遣用工數(shù)量有所減少1.《修正案》關(guān)于"三性"的規(guī)定,將迫使部分單位壓縮一定的勞務(wù)派遣工使用規(guī)模�！缎拚浮愤M(jìn)一步明確了"三性"的運(yùn)用范圍。規(guī)定勞務(wù)派遣"只能"在"三性"崗位上實(shí)施,并規(guī)定"臨時(shí)
