【摘要】：文章結合新的勞動合同法政策,通過對加油站測時寫實,探索優(yōu)化加油站勞動用工措施,降低員工的有效工作時間。
[Abstract]:Combined with the new labor contract law policy, this paper explores how to optimize the labor and employment measures of gas stations and reduce the effective working hours of employees through the realistic survey of gas stations.
