【摘要】：正民生無(wú)可爭(zhēng)議地成為2007年法治建設(shè)的主題,公民的基本權(quán)利在本年度被普遍彰顯。上半年《物權(quán)法》對(duì)個(gè)人財(cái)產(chǎn)的保護(hù)力度通過(guò)重慶釘子戶事件得以放大,物權(quán)概念深入人心;下半年《勞動(dòng)合同法》對(duì)勞動(dòng)者權(quán)利的全面保護(hù)通過(guò)"華為門"事件在全國(guó)掀起了一股強(qiáng)大的官民共同維權(quán)風(fēng)暴,權(quán)利意識(shí)成為全民共識(shí)。二者首尾呼應(yīng),譜寫(xiě)了一首完整的民生進(jìn)行曲。但我們?nèi)匀灰獙?br/>[Abstract]:The people's livelihood has indisputably become the theme of the rule of law in 2007, and the basic rights of citizens have been universally demonstrated this year. In the first half of the year, the protection of personal property was magnified by the event of the hulking households in Chongqing, and the concept of real right was deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
